Welcome to usepresence — a warm support inbox for small apps. This guide walks you through your first few minutes with the product.

usepresence is young and moving fast. These docs describe the intended flow of the product; if something looks slightly different in the app, we're probably mid-improvement. Tell us and we'll fix the docs.

Create your account

Sign up with your name, email, and a password. We'll send you a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

Every account starts with a personal team. You can invite teammates later, or create separate teams for separate products.

The three pieces

usepresence is deliberately small. There are three pieces to understand:

1. A contact form hosted on your own sub-domain, like support.yourapp.com, where your customers write to you.
2. An inbox where every message lands — one list, newest activity first, no ticket queues.
3. Replies that go out by email, with AI-drafted suggestions you review and approve before anything is sent.
