How does the trial work?
Every account starts with 7 days of the full Team experience — AI drafts, your own sending domain, unlimited teammates. A card is required to start; cancel in one click any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Why do you ask for a card up front?
It keeps trials honest and means your inbox keeps running without interruption when the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial takes one click, and you won't be charged a cent.
What counts as an app?
A team: one product, site, or client project with its own inbox, contact form, sources, and sender domain. Running several products — or client apps, if you're an agency — means one team each, and you switch between them in one click.
What's the difference between Presence and Team?
Teammates and AI volume. Presence is the full product — your own sending domain included — for one person running one app; you can't invite collaborators on it, and AI drafting covers 100 conversations a month. Team adds collaboration — unlimited teammates with sensible roles, no per-seat cost — and ten times the AI drafting, with packs on top when you need them.
How much AI is included?
Presence includes AI-drafted replies for 100 conversations a month; Team includes 1,000 — that's 30-plus drafted replies every day, more than any small team sends. Conversations you answer without an AI draft never count. If Team has a genuinely heavy month, add a pack of 1,000 more for $20 — a purchase you choose, never a meter running in the background.
What happens if I hit the AI limit?
Nothing dramatic. Your inbox keeps working — receiving, replying, everything — you just write the remaining replies without a draft until the month resets. On Team you can add a $20 pack of 1,000 whenever you want; we'll nudge you well before you get close.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Presence is annual only — $100 a year, one deliberate purchase for a small product. Team is $49.99 per month per app, or $499 a year (about two months free).
What happens after the trial?
Your subscription starts on the plan you picked, and everything simply keeps running. If you cancel instead, your data stays exportable — conversations are yours.
